SIMPLE AND QUICK TO USE
Discovering you or a loved one has been diagnosed as coeliac/celiac is daunting because it is a lifelong diagnosis. Such a diagnosis raises several questions. What can coeliac/celiac eat? What foods are safe? How can I tell what contains gluten?
These were all questions we thought about when our five-year-old son Darcy was diagnosed with Ceoliac Disease.
Thankfully, after learning of his condition, we changed his diet for the better and now he is thriving with food no longer causing him pain.
The issue we had was wanting to easily read ingredients to know if products were safe. That is how Gluten Free For Me came about. It is like a second pair of eyes. When you are standing in the supermarket looking at the back of a packet wondering if it is safe, we hope the app can offer you some guidance on your journey to maintaining a gluten free diet and, ultimately, a healthier lifestyle.
